Museums are a great destination during vacations since they add hands-on programs to their regular exhibits. Hearth Cooking at the Noah Webster House, a child’s favorite. Young cooks will use colonial period recipes and cook over an open hearth the old-fashioned way!
Bushnell Park Carousel at Winterfest Hartford is going on until December 31st.
The Children’s Museum in West Hartford is having Gingerbread Lane until January 14.
Wilton Historical Society hosts a Great Train Holiday Exhibit: An Interactive Wonderland until January 15.
Hour of Code: Basics of Javascript, a FREE 90-minute workshop is offered every day Tuesday-Thursday at the Microsoft Store at Westfarms Mall.
