It’s summer, and you know what that means: it’s Carnival/Fair/Festival Season! Whether you want to eat cotton candy on the boardwalk, sample oysters at a festival, head back to the medieval ages, or just take part in a good old fashioned Carnival, there is something for everyone.

June 25-27 Beacon Hose Firemen’s Carnival

The Beacon Hose Firemen’s Carnival is one of Beacon Falls’ most anticipated annual events. An estimated 8,000 townspeople and visitors from afar join us for a weekend of great fun, food, music and more.

June 26-27 Trumbull Day

Trumbull Day is a fun-filled family event with food, vendors, carnival rides and games, children’s entertainment, a main stage featuring local bands and fireworks.

June 27 Raspberry Festival at Lyman Orchards*

The Potato and Corn Festival now brings tens of thousands of visitors to the typically sleepy farm town.

August 14-15 Milford Oyster Festival

The annual festival will be an evening only event on August 14th from 5 -10pm and August 15th from 4-10pm. National Geographic voted The Milford Oyster Festival the BEST Food Festival in Connecticut.

Join us for a traditional town fair- rides, games, food, animals- and more.

As always, a lot of time and effort goes into putting these together. However, things change and sleep deprivation happens, so it’s always better to be “safe than sorry” and confirm with the event organizer before you go.
