NBC Connecticut Free Health & Wellness Festival 2015 takes place at a brand new location this year – Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the XL Center in Hartford.

Also, be sure to sign up for the first-ever Health & Wellness Family 5K. It will be run on Sunday, October 18 and there will be four different start times at 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. inside the XL Center. New this year is our Celebrate, Remember, Fight Back Walk with the American Cancer Society. Participants of the walk will enjoy guest speakers, luminary demonstrations, fun activities and much more all while walking for a great cause. Join us Saturday, October 17 at 9 a.m.
On top of the free giveaways, free health screenings and activities for the whole family, every attendee of the Health and Wellness Festival will get a free ticket to the Hartford Wolf Pack hockey games throughout the weekend (while supplies last).
