Summer ZooCamp Ages 4 – 13 begins Monday, June 19 and ends Friday, August 25 at Roger Williams Park Zoo. Register for one or two weeks of camp!
Campers ages four and five are perfect for Tadpole Academy. They may spend a morning, an afternoon or the whole day at ZooCamp. Campers will learn about animal habitats as well as the animals themselves. Everyone gets an opportunity to feed the animals in the Alex and Ani Farmyard.
Zoo Adventures, for ages six through ten, is perfect for budding scientists, zoologists, explorers, artists, and kids who just love animals! Campers spend each day participating in crafts, hands-on and inquiry driven activities, enjoying encounters with wild animal ambassadors, and guided Zoo tours. Each Summer Adventures camper receives a ZooCamp t-shirt, an opportunity to feed the goats in the ALEX AND ANI Farmyard, and a ZooCamp Access Pass.
For the more mature camper ages 11 to 13, we offer Conservation Heroes. Campers are empowered to become leaders in conservation through teambuilding and leadership activities. They engage in inquiry activities, games, encounters with wild animal ambassadors, visit animal exhibits, and explore the outdoors.
