Meriden STEM Camps at Mountain Mist Day Camp is excited to offer campers who have completed grades 3 through 8 as of the school year ending in June 2017.

New Britain/Berlin YMCA STEM will be held at Camp Thundermoon on the beautiful Mooreland Hill School campus in Kensington, CT for Ages 9—14 years old.
Students will deepen their understanding of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Fun and engaging learning experiences will include daily STEM challenges, take away projects and lots of interaction with the camp environment. Come join us for a session full of fun and engaging hands-on experiences!
Students will deepen their understanding of basic computer science and basic robotics. Fun and engaging learning experiences may include making Bristlebots, Sphero Robotics Labs, Coding Ozobots, an introduction to block coding and exciting design challenges that apply new learning. Each camper will make and take their own Bristlebot. Come join us for our first Robotics Camp at Camp Thundermoon!

CT STEM Academy was established in 2012 as a collaborative program between the Wallingford Youth and Social Services and the Spanish Community of Wallingford (SCOW) with support from the Wallingford Rotary Club and Connecticut Education Association. This innovative enrichment program is designed for students interested in deepening their knowledge of STEM concepts. Our programs place a special emphasis on gender equity, cultural diversity and direct family involvement. Current, and past, supporters of this program include: 3M, NASA Summer of Innovation Project, Clorox Foundation, AT&T, the Wallingford Education Foundation and the National Education Association Foundation.
