On this day, the New England Air Museum will host Jolly St. Nick! Come and have a “Selfie with Santa,” aboard a Sikorsky Seaguard helicopter between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Santa is not coming empty handed, his bag will be filled with a special gift for each child.
Also,the Museum will be conducting our popular Behind the Scenes Tour, which will give visitors the opportunity to take a close-up look at some of the current restoration projects, including the wide-bodied Burnelli CBY-3 Loadmaster, Kaman HOK-1 helicopter, some vintage engines and more. Tours start at 10:30 a.m. and the last tour will start at 2:30 p.m.
The New England Air Museum is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Memorial Day through Labor Day. Closed on Mondays during the winter season. Admission is $12.50 for ages 12 and up, $11.50 for seniors 65 and up and $7.00 for ages 4 to 11. New England Air Museum members and children under 3 are admitted free.
