For this edition of STEM in a Box, visit the Connecticut Science Center for Monster Kidz Box Workshop. Work with Celebrity Special FX expert Tyler Green of SyFy’s Face Off to conceptualize, paint, and finish creepy mask designs. Young artists will experience what it’s like to be a creature designer in the SFX makeup industry and learn the ins and outs of local manufacturing by building either a Spooky Bat or a Mini Zombie – or bundle and do both!
- Workshop 1: Drop-off at 10AM, pick-up at 12:30PM
- Workshop 2: Drop-off at 1PM, pick-up at 3:30PM
- All supplies and a Subway lunch break are included with purchase.
- Recommended for Ages 8-12.
