Free First Saturday Family Program: What’s the Magic Word?

November 6, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Free

Abracadabra! Alakazam! Let’s make the past reappear! Families will explore some magical items of Albert Walker, a Connecticut magician, in our new exhibit Albert’s Odd Jobs: Making a Living in the 1800s. Then, kids can design their own magic wand and learn how to perform a magic trick!

This program is free and great for children ages 5 and up. A limited supply of Grab and Go Bags, which include the necessary materials to complete the activities, will be available for families who prefer not to participate in the program on-site. For more information, please contact Katerina Mazzacane, Youth and Family Programs Manager, at 860-236-5621 x222, or email katerina_mazzacane@chs.org.

This program is made possible through the generous support of Berkshire Bank. Thank you!
