Family Hike and Seek at the Bulkeley Hill Preserve

This event is FREE to both Members and Non-members of the Colchester Land Trust, with support from our partner Colchester Collective for Children (C3).
Colchester Land Trust and C3 join up to offer a free all ages Family Hike at the Bulkeley Hill Preserve. Pick up your hike and seek card to see what you can find along the path!
Bring a baby carrier, take a short loop, or hike to the beaver pond. Something for everyone!
The trails have mild inclines and can be rough so not stroller friendly!
Meet at Bulkeley Hill Preserve Parking Lot on Bulkeley Hill Road, Colchester, CT. For GPS , the lot is across from the mailbox for 243 Bulkeley Hill Rd, Colchester, CT
-Family Friendly, children please keep your adult with you at all times!
-Dog friendly. Dogs, please bring waste bags and keep your human behaved and on leash at all times!
-Easy hike on uneven terrain, approx. 3 miles of trails, with some elevation. Trail has rocks and roots, may be wet.
– Please wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather.
– Bug and tick protection, sunscreen, and water strongly suggested for all ages.
– Heavy rain cancels, rain date TBD, you will be emailed if anything changes, or watch our social media pages.
