Darwin Day

Celebrate Charles Darwin’s birthday with family-friendly, hands-on activities at the Connecticut Science Center. Start the day with the Art Truck, who will be on-hand with a Darwin-inspired make your own bird craft. Join in on a discussion regarding ‘What is a Species?’ by Mr. Charles Darwin (portrayed by UCONN Professor Kenneth Noll) in the AXINN Genomics Lab. Mr. Darwin will also be attendance, so don’t miss out on the selfie opportunity to snap a picture with the birthday boy himself. And of course, what would be a celebration without a cake?
