FREEJoin the New Haven Symphony Orchestra on a musical journey through music of various countries with Around The World: Puerto Rico Free Concert. The NHSO free Family Series introduces kids to the sounds and instruments of the orchestra.
The final destination of this musical journey around the world is Puerto Rico. Award-winning Puerto Rican guitarist Lorena Garay will join NHSO musicians as they merge classical and Latin music.

Following the concert, the NHSO offers an Instrument Petting Zoo where children can tap, tickle, and toot real orchestral instruments. New Haven Reads also provides free children’s books for all concert attendees.
