Wind Energy Family Activity Day

Become ‘Clean Energy Champions at  Energize Connecticut Center’s Summer Series Wind Energy Family Activity Day and learn about Earth’s renewable energies!
On Friday, July 21, the kid-friendly series explores wind power and how we can use it. Kids and adults will have the opportunity to build a model turbine, experiment with green powered circuits, and make their own pin wheels. Also, Brian Driscoll, owner and founder of New Haven-based Phoenix Press, will share how he uses wind turbines to power his commercial printing business. Light refreshments will be served.
