It’s that time of year! Come browse the vendor displays and purchase a hand-crafted item or two for yourself or for gifting. Pick up a treat at the baked goods table, or find the perfect hanging plant at the plant sale.
June 8: South Windsor Strawberry Festival*
South Windsor’s Strawberry Festival started 41 years ago at the Berry Patch farm. It has become the single most attended event in town, and for good reason. Admission is free, parking is free and many of the activities for the kids are free.
June 8: Orange Strawberry Festival*
Please join us for a fruity treat with your family, friends, and community. Stop by the fairgrounds in Orange to grab a hotdog or hamburger along with your strawberry shortcake (or piece of pie) and enjoy live music and fun activities for kids. Then browse the booths of our local vendors. And enjoy our Red Car show!
June 8-9: Strawberry Fest at Priam Vineyards*

June 8-9: Mystic Strawberry Festival*
Join us on June 8th and 9th for our very first Strawberry Festival here at Olde Mistick Village!! This festival will celebrate all things STRAWBERRIES! From fresh strawberries, to jams, pies and more! We will celebrate all things late spring and early summer here in New England!!

It’s the 2024 Connecticut Bacon Festival taking place at the beautiful Maple Farm Park in Bozrah Connecticut!!! This Free Admission & Free Parking event takes place Saturday June 15th from 10am-7pm & Sunday June 16th from 10am-6pm!!!! This family fun event has everything bacon imaginable from food to crafts!
June 27-29: Beacon Hose Firemen’s Carnival
The Beacon Hose Firemen’s Carnival is one of Beacon Falls’ most anticipated annual events. An estimated 8,000 townspeople and visitors from afar join us for a weekend of great fun, food, music and more.
June 28-29: Trumbull Day
Trumbull Day is a fun-filled family event with food, vendors, carnival rides and games, children’s entertainment, a main stage featuring local bands and fireworks.
June 29: Raspberry Festival at Lyman Orchards*

July 6th: Norwalk NICE Festival:
Connecticut’s Leading Multicultural Event celebrating Global Heritage & Diversity with Music, Food, Art and Cultural Performances
July 13-14 Sailfest New London
Sailfest is Southeastern Connecticut’s premiere summertime event, complete with a major fireworks display, amusement rides, free entertainment, ships, and over 200 vendors lining the streets. There will be plenty to see, buy, and eat, so make sure to come hungry and ready to try new food!

August 2-4 Potato and Corn Fest, North Branford
Usually corn and potatoes are considered common, some might even say lowly, but on the first weekend of August the residents of North Branford elevate the two starchy staples to extraordinary heights. The Potato and Corn Festival now brings tens of thousands of visitors to the typically sleepy farm town.
August 17: Milford Oyster Festival:
The Milford Oyster Festival will have 30,000 oysters! All oysters harvested in Milford waters by Briarpatch Enterprises, Inc. Try the sweet taste of Milford oysters and enjoy them with a craft beer or premium wine. Plus, entertainment, children’s programs and more.

August 22-25: Brooklyn Fair:
A traditional agricultural fair – and the perfect end of summer activity!
August 23-24: Plainville Hot Air Balloon Festival*
Watch as several balloons color the sky- there’s usually an AM launch and an evening launch as well as vendors, food, and tons of fun!
August 23-25: Chester Fair:
Join us for a traditional town fair- rides, game, food, animals- and more.
