UConn’s “Dairy Bar Disaster” Book Reading

Join us to hopefully celebrate a Husky championship win at Saxton B Little Free Library in Columbia with local author, Bethany O’Brien, who will do a reading of “Dairy Bar Disaster,” the second book in the UConn childrens book series after the Lucky Husky, which was published in October. Dairy Bar Disaster features UConn’s Jonathan the Husky as he saves the day by wagging up a cool plan to keep all the ice cream from melting. This event will have ice cream, crafts, you’ll learn some UConn cheers and fun facts about Jonathan, and you’ll have an opportunity to take photos, and do a Husky Hunt around the library. It’s a fun family event for all ages that you wont want to miss!
