The Comic Tree with Phil Lohmeyer: Grades 3rd, 4th, and 5th

The Comic Tree Workshop is for students who want to learn about creating their own cartoons and parents who want to help their kids draw comics or graphic novels. The program covers basic drawing and storytelling concepts, exploring various approaches to comic strip design. Students have the option to submit and compile their designs for independent publication, created by using techniques learned during The Comic Tree Workshop classes.

Presented by Phil Lohmeyer, a professional cartooning and comic strip instructor in Connecticut since 2003. Phil is an educator from Greenwich, CT who has created comic strips professionally for over 15 years.
