Free Animal Awareness Day is a pet-friendly family fun event at Branford Green located on Main Street in Branford, Noon – 4PM, rain or shine. Get ready to celebrate and learn about our furry friends!
This event is all about raising awareness for animals and their well-being. Bring the kids, bring Fido, bring the whole family! Enjoy a variety of activities including:
- Mini therapy horses & dogs – 12:15
- Mystic Aquarium Traveling Touch Tank – 1:00 to 4:00
- Blessing of the animals – Bring your pet for individual blessing – 1:30 pm
- Guiding Eyes for the Blind presentation – 2:30
- Missing Link K9 dog training demo – 3:15
- Artisan/craft/business vendors & rescue groups
- Bake sale & food trucks
- Merchandise table, raffles, games
- Opossum ambassador from Farm River Wildlife Rescue
- DJ provided by Nardella’s Music
