Family Yoga Outdoors

Our outdoor family yoga series is fun for the whole family! Join us to move, sing, and build a relationship together. We will practice yoga poses, free movement, and mindfulness. While this class is created for yogis 1-4 years old, older and younger siblings are welcome. This class is safe for pregnant and postpartum moms and offers a variety of options to meet different skill levels. No yoga experience is required. One registration admits your whole household.
