Coronavirus Parent Support Group!

Our center specializes in treating anxiety and wanted to help out the community during this time. The group will start on Mondays at 7pm (starting April 6th) for one hour. If we get more interest, we will set up a second day and time to run the group. The cost is $20/group. I’ll be running the group, as I specialize in treating anxiety, as well as parenting anxious youth, and parenting in general. It’s a great place for parents to ask questions about worry, how to balance everything, and how to help kids through this time. Parents love groups so they can get ideas from other parents and also know they are not alone in dealing with these struggles.
