A National Town Hall for Parents with Common Sense will be held Wednesday, May 13 at 10 a.m. PDT/1 p.m. EDT. Join Common Sense and Noggin for a live webinar focusing on how best to support kids under the age of 10 during this challenging time! This 45-minute town hall will explore the science behind kids’ and parents’ stress, look at coping strategies including the importance of play, and answer questions about your kids’ health and learning during these trying times.
Special guests include Madeline Levine, psychologist and New York Times bestselling author; Merve Lapus, vice president of outreach, Common Sense; and Stanford pediatrician Ryan Padrez. The panel is moderated by NPR education correspondent Anya Kamenetz. |
