Join us for a one-of-a-kind Family Fun!
Get ready for Connecticut’s one and only Spring Apple Hunt on Saturday, April 18th. This fun-filled tradition is over 35 years in the making!
Pick up some of the thousands of Lyman’s own eco-certified apples in our Hay Maze! Enjoy a FREE Magic Show with The Magic of Christopher! Get your face painted, ride ponies and a horse-drawn wagon! Children ages 1 to 10 years old are invited to participate in the Apple Hunt.
Free Spring Apple Hunt Tee Shirt!
Every child participating in the Hunt receives a special edition Spring Apple Hunt T-shirt! Please select your shirt sizes when you purchase your tickets online. You will receive your free T-shirt(s) at check-in before the hunts begin.
Ponies, Face Painting and more!
Additional fun activities throughout the day include Pony Rides for children and Horse-drawn Wagon Rides for the whole family. Face-Painters will be on site to create wonderful works of facial art! And don’t forget the delicious Kettle Corn from the Bruno Brothers! These activities have a nominal fee. Activities subject to change.
Our Deli Grill will be open for Breakfast Sandwiches, starting at 9:00am. Enjoy great burgers and hotdogs hot from our outdoor grill starting at 11:30am.
Here’s How to Register!
Apple Hunt admission is just $8.00 per child for ages 1 to 10 years old.
All children who participate receive a Special Edition Spring Apple Hunt T-shirt! Don’t forget to choose your child’s shirt size when you register for the Apple Hunt.
Schedule:
APPLE HUNT
10:00am: Ages 1-3
10:35am: Ages 4-6
11:10am: Ages 7-10
11:45am: Ages 1-3
12:20pm: Ages 4-6
Advanced registration is required.
For the enjoyment of all our guests, capacity is limited for this event. All children must be pre-registered online in advance. Once we reach our capacity in a specific age group, tickets will no longer be available. All sales final; no refunds or exchanges allowed.
Here’s How to Check-in!
When you purchase your ticket, you will receive an email confirmation/receipt. Please print a copy of your Apple Hunt receipt and bring it with you to the event. Present your receipt to our staff at the check-in tables near the Apple Hunt area. You’ll check-in based upon the first letter of your last name.
If you do not have copies of your receipt with you, we can also check in via your smartphone.
What if it Rains?
If the Apple Hunt is postponed due to inclement weather on April 18th, your Apple Hunt tickets are valid for the rain-date of Sunday, April 19th.
