Fall Festival at Imagine Nation (Imagine Nation museum, Bristol)

Enjoy a day full of fall fun at the museum’s annual Fall Festival!
No scares here- enjoy pie and apple tastings, farm animals, hands-on activities, scarecrow building, face painting, and much more! Check here for detailed info on schedule and list of activities!

All activities included with Museum Studio admission, $10 per person ages 1+, FREE for members.

Halloween Spooktacular (Rockwell Park, Bristol)

Bring the family out to Rockwell Park on Saturday October 26th for the annual Halloween Spooktacular. The event is completely FREE and is a fright-tastically good time! The Spooktacular runs 2-4pm and includes free arts & crafts, spider maze, and our TRUNK OR TREAT event. Haunted Miniature Golf (Farmington Miniature Golf and Ice cream Parlor, Farmington)

Thursdays – 4 PM-9 PM

Saturdays – 11 AM-9 PM
Sundays –    11 AM-8 PM

Every year, the Miniature Golf puts on a spooky display with 19 holes of Halloween fun! Wander through a Haunted Graveyard, visit Dracula’s Fountain and the Haunted Pirate’s Tavern, and try to catch a mysterious moving doughnut at the 18th hole.

Haunted Miniature Golf Farmington CT to benefit Gifts of Love

Hobgoblin Fair (Roaring Brook Nature Center, Canton)

Saturday, Oct 26th

10 AM-3 PM

This annual Fair iS held the Saturday before Halloween. Hosted by The Friends of Roaring Brook Nature Center, the Fair features the ‘Track & Treat’ walk, children’s crafts, cupcake decorating, face painting, a Country Kitchen of yummy homemade items, and a delicious lunch of homemade soup, bread and apple cider. Children are encouraged to wear costumes IF suitable for walking in the woods and participating in the craft activities. Suitable for children ages 3 – 8.
Pre-registration with payment is required

Cost: $8.00 children; $4 adults Fee includes our featured ‘Track & Treat’ walk, all crafts, and face painting. Other activities available for an additional charge.. Please specify am or pm session. Register in by phone, in person, or by mail – CHECK or CASH only please.

Pumpkin Patch Trains (Rail Road of New England, Thomaston):

Hop aboard the train and take a scenic ride this fall throughout the upper Naugatuck Valley on Pumpkin Patch Trains! These special trains will bring you down to Waterville, where the beautiful Naugatuck River closely follows the tracks, crossing under in several places allowing for great views of the river and surrounding scenery.

Hall-O-Weekend Fall Festival (Milford Green, Milford)

Hall-O-Weekend is coming Saturday, October 26, and will be full of spooky fun for your little ones. Not-so-scary story time, Halloween activities, vendors, and a Trick-or-Treat Trail through Downtown.

Celebrate fall at the farm with kid friendly activities including Hayride, Scarecrow Walk, Corn Pit, Pedal Go-Karts, Child Hay Maze, Tire Playground, Farm Animals, and Jump Pillow! There will be a giant caterpillar slide, corn maze, and pumpkin patch and tractor barrel train!

Enjoy riding on a trolley car to the pumpkin patch field and there each child gets to pick out a FREE pumpkin which they can decorate. Ticket include Fire truck museum which is on the same property as Trolley museum.

2019 Downtown Manchester Scarecrow Event (Manchester Special Services District)

Oct 18-Oct 26, 8 AM-8 PM

Scarecrows will be on display for 2 weeks, from Saturday, Oct. 12th until Saturday, October 26th. Drop in and say hello to the colorful display of scarecrows from local crafters and vote for your favorite!

 

The Pumpkin place (The Dinosaur Place, Oakdale)

Every Friday-Sunday, Oct 4-Oct 27

5 PM-10 PM

This first, month long Halloween Event is being hosted at the Nature’s Art Village in Oakdale and has Halloween Trails, Bounce houses, slides, inflatables, Corn maze, magic shows and more!
