Join us for our annual maple sugaring and pancake breakfast.  All-You-Can-Eat pancakes with our own maple syrup.  Watch the syrup process from start to finish.  Guided walks through our maple grove to see how syrup is make.  Compare sap, syrup and store bought "maple syrup."  Trails walks, demonstrations, and crafts. Take your picture  with our snow princess cut outs.  Sample maple syrup snow cones.
