MLK Day Activities

Let your sense of adventure soar at the New England Air Museum MLK Day Activities on Monday, January 16th! Activities include hands-on Build & Fly Challenges, interactive Flight Science Demonstrations, an Open Cockpit experience in a historic aircraft and the Virtual Flight Center (additional cost for ages 10 & up). Explore three heated exhibit hangars full of historic aircraft and become excited for the adventure of flight!
All activities are included with the price of admission except where noted.
The New England Air Museum is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Memorial Day through Labor Day. The museum is closed on Mondays during the winter season with the exception of holidays and during school vacation weeks. Admission is $7.00 for ages 4 to 11, $12.50 for ages 12 and up, and $11.50 for seniors 65 and up. New England Air Museum members and children under 3 are admitted free. The New England Air Museum is the largest aviation museum in New England comprised of three large public hangars, outdoor exhibits, and more than 100 aircraft ranging from early airships and flying machines to supersonic jets and helicopters. The museum’s mission is to celebrate and preserve New England’s air and space heritage. The museum offers special events and programs including open cockpits, flight simulators, and tons of hands-on family fun.
